Linda Honey

CEO and Chief Archaeologist

Linda Honey M.A. has approximately four years of archaeological work experience. Ms. Honey began her career as a consulting archaeologist in Southern California in 2009 upon completion of her Master’s Degree in Maritime Archaeology at Flinders University of South Australia (2006) and Bachelor’s Degree in Anthropology with a Minor in Sociology at the University of San Diego (2005). She has worked on a wide range of projects including numerous Phase I surveys, leading a six-month field position recording previously unidentified cultural resources with a Trimble GPS (e.g. prehistoric points, pottery shards, manos and metates, petroglyphs, mines, structures, historical sites, etc.). She has also completed Phase I technical reports for Kern, San Bernardino, and Los Angeles Counties. Linda has worked in construction and compliance monitoring for Southern California Edison and LADWP, artifact conservation, and pollen analysis.

Gilbert Goodlett

Principal

Gilbert Goodlett co-manages EPC. He brings over 35 years of biological and engineering experience to EPC in both field and management positions. He has lead projects and served as a field biologist in numerous industries including renewable energy, electrical transmission, fiber optics, pipelines, mining, oil and gas development, military, research, and others. Mr. Goodlett routinely develops survey and monitoring strategies for large-scale projects and manages large field and support teams to accomplish project goals. He has been an invited speaker at the Desert Tortoise Council’s “Handling Techniques Workshop” for several years teaching biological monitoring on construction projects and is author or co-author of numerous publications. He holds a US Fish and Wildlife federal permit for Delhi Sands Flower-loving Fly and Quino Checkerspot Butterfly and is a commercial helicopter pilot and fixed wing pilot.

Glenn Goodlett

Senior Biologist and Drone Pilot

Glenn Goodlett is a senior level biologist with over 30 years of field experience in a wide variety of industries including renewable energy, electrical transmission, fiber optics, pipelines, mining, oil and gas development, military, research, and others. He has served as Lead Biologist for several photovoltaic projects from the initial project inception into the operational phase. He has gained recognition in his effective leadership in these positions. Mr. Goodlett is also an FAA licensed drone pilot whose has conducted over 2,800 incident-free drone missions and logged over 700 hours of flight time. He has designed and implemented drone flights to routinely collect high resolution imagery to assist clients in verifying contractor production and tracking environmental issues for several large-scale photovoltaic development projects. Drone work has also included capturing high resolution video for website and marketing use and inspection of transmission line appurtenances.
